Documentation policy

Documentation review policy

PeptiCore publishes research-use catalog information to help users identify the exact product series, SKU, specification, listed starting-price reference, and available documentation path before an inquiry.

What the catalog records

Product-series pages are generated from the current catalog data source. Each visible table row keeps the SKU, specification, starting-price reference, and mapped COA availability together. A series image or abbreviated product name does not replace the row-level identifiers.

How analytical terminology is reviewed

Guides covering COA fields, HPLC purity context, mass-spectrum data, batch documentation, vial formats, and catalog selection use visible source links. These guides explain documentation-review concepts and do not make consumer, clinical, diagnostic, treatment, or outcome claims.

Document scope and limitations

Exact-record matching

Documentation is reviewed against the product name, SKU or specification, batch reference, and document date where those fields are available.

Source boundaries

PeptiCore explains the fields presented in linked records. It does not infer a result, certification, availability, or characteristic that is absent from the referenced document or current catalog row.

Inquiry confirmation

Listed prices are starting references. Final quote, availability, shipping, and any additional documentation context are confirmed by PeptiCore sales for the selected SKU.

Review and correction process

  1. Catalog review.Changes to SKU, specification, price reference, image mapping, or COA mapping are checked against the current catalog source before publication.
  2. Guide review.Guides display their publication and review dates together with the sources used for their analytical terminology.
  3. Correction request.Send the affected URL, SKU, and a short description through the contact page so the record can be reviewed.
